       Two Letters of Invitation!

Hi Father Rob,

I will be holding a Safeguarding God's People class on Sunday February 28 from noon to 4 (It probably will not run that long) at St. Andrew's. If you have new Vestry members or other parishioners who need the class, please have them call  (714-879-4350) or email (
saintandrewsfull@att.net) Minerva at St. Andrew's to register. Or they can email or call me (714-879-7168).

Peace,
 Margie Bangs

[This is especially for those who would like to bring communion to the sick or work with children, and have not received the Safeguarding God's People training (formerly called "Making the Church a Safe Place")]

Bus Trip Enthusiasts,

Just wanted to give you some preliminary information on our next bus trip.  We're planning a bus trip to Exposition Park on Saturday, June 4.  We'll leave Emmanuel at 9:00am and return around 4:00.
At Exposition Park there is the Rose Garden (should be beautiful in early June), Natural History Museum($), California Science Center, African American Museum($)
and IMAX Theater($).  The USC campus is nearby.  The cost of the bus trip is $20 per person (under 12 free) and does not include entrance to any of the ($) exhibits.  So mark this date on your calendar.  We'll have more details in March and start taking reservations then.

Thanks be to God for the Emmanuel Garden! Here is a photo of the Bishop's garden along with a big "thank you!" to Karen Elise and Bill Almstedt for taking care of the garden, and for Dave Nicholson and Deborah Cantwell who created the sign!
Blessings,

Thanksgivings!

For a wonderful Outreach Committee meeting and Emmanuel Garden meeting after last Sunday's services. Thanks be to God for all the support and care for these two vital areas of ministry!

It was so wonderful to go back "HOME" on Sunday.   We miss you all so much and the love and peace that makes Emmanual so special.  Yes, it is "Crowded with Jesus"
