Meditation Group at Emmanuel
Have you ever wanted to
learn about Christian forms of meditation? Or perhaps you've
tried to meditate and found it difficult. If so, come and join us
on Thursday nights in the sanctuary from 7-8:30. Our evenings
typically consist of a short reading from a spiritual book followed

that type will be explained before we practice.

stillness. There is no instant result or gratification; meditation
is not a McSpirit burger. But over time, you may notice that you
become more patient, more compassionate, more loving, more
peaceful. As we sit in meditation in God's Presence, we may be
graced to become more aware of His Presence with us every moment of
every day. So, if this sounds good to you, please come and join
