Time Once Again for 

"Build a Church"

The furnace in the church is in its death throes and is releasing gas! (The Wednesday morning group had to abandon the church for the safer air in Havermale Hall!) Fortunately we have enough money from our Capital Campaign to at least have this part of our project list accomplished and have the furnace replaced. In the meantime, we will meet in Edwards Hall this coming Sunday and should have the new unit installed before the following Sunday. (Shades of the YMCA build-a-church days, and our more recent replace-the-flooring days.)

P.S. Anyone wishing to contribute to our other capital improvement projects (including the permanently-fix-the-leak-in-the-sacristry project) can write a check to Emmanuel with "capital fund" in the memo section.
