Shrove Tuesday Fun

 

 

Mardi GrasComing up next Tuesday is our Shrove Tuesday Mardi Gras celebration. There will be New Orleans style decorations and music, beads and favors for everyone and a supper cooked by our Cajun chef extraordinaire, George  Hayward. The date is Tuesday, February 21st and the time is 6 pm.        

          Don't miss the fun!

 

 

 Ash Wednesday Services

 

Ash WednesdayAsh Wednesday services with the Imposition of Ashes and Eucharist will be held at Emmanuel on Wednesday, February 22nd at 7:00 am, 10:00 am and 7:30 pm.  A booklet of daily Lenten reflections entitled Renewed For Life by Henri Nouwen will be given to each person in attendance. Please join us as we begin the Lenten season with this very powerful and moving service.
