Annual Emmanuel

Halloween Party

Children and adults, y'all come on down for an awesome Halloween Party this Saturday, October 27, from 6pm until 9pm. There will be free food, fun games, a spooky maze, cupcake decorating, face painting, and a costume parade.

Halloween Party

It's worth the price of admission (which is free, by the way) to see all the interesting costumes. You don't have to wear a costume but most of the children and many of the adults do. Both the Preschool and Church are invited to this shindig. Bring your friends if you like!

 By Popular Demand!

Barbara Babcock brought a delicious egg dish to church last Sunday for the coffee hour.

Here it is by popular demand:

10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
4 cups (16oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups (16oz) 4% cottage cheese
1 can chopped green chilies
Beat eggs on med-hi speed for 3 minutes or until light and lemon colored.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt, gradually add eggs and mix well.
Stir in cheeses and chilies

Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted at the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
