Graceful, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Episcopal Mass

Emmanuel will celebrate a Graceful, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Episcopal Mass Starting on Sunday October 19 continuing each Sunday evening through November 23, at Emmanuel from 5:00 to 6:30.

What is a graceful, Pentecostal, Charismatic Episcopal Mass?

  • To be graceful it must be inclusive and unconditional. Galatians 3:28
  • To be Pentecostal is to offer an opportunity to stir up the Spirit. Acts 2:1-2
  • To be Charismatic is to manifest the Gifts of the Spirit. I Cor. 2:1-10
  • To be Episcopal is to be Apostolic. Acts 2:42
  • To be a Mass is to celebrate the Eucharist. Luke 22:16-20

To be graceful is to be inclusive and unconditional

To be legalistic is to be exclusive and conditional

To be Pentecostal is to recognize the grace of God is always in us but we are not always in God's grace.

To be Charismatic is to be willing to use God's gift of grace in God's way and not our way

It is easy to be graceful and to be an Episcopalian

It is difficult to be legalistic and to be an Episcopalian

To celebrate the Mass is to remember the difference being in God's grace makes in our life.
