Emmanuel Family News!
Third Week in March, 2010
 Dear Rob,

In this issue, we want to especially give thanks for the life of Emma Lynch. Emma died to this life and arose to the next this past Sunday morning. Information about her memorial service can be found in this blurb. Our prayers are with Dave as he grieves the loss of Emma and gives thanks for all their adventures together over more than fifty years.

The Healing Power of God
Come share and hear stories of Healing

Lenten Banner

We will continue our Lenten journey with the theme of Healing. Where have you seen or experienced healing--physical, psychological, or spiritual? What helps prepare the way for healing? How has God used this community for healing? This is a wonderful opportunity to share and hear God stories that will inspire and encourage. Come and join us in the SHACK room tonight at 7:30pm.

Emma and Dave

This is a picture of Emma and Dave at an Emmanuel picnic. Emma graced the pages of Emmanuel history for over three decades through a multitude of ministries, and brought a welcoming smile and warm heart of hospitality to many who washed up on our shores.

We will have a memorial service for Emma this coming Sunday (March 21) at 5pm. "Miss Liberty" has found her ultimate freedom in the Life that knows no end, and we give thanks for her life of courage and care.
