The time is coming for our transition from the light of Epiphany revelations to the testing time of Lent. Check out the opportunities for spending holy times with your brothers and sisters in this issue.

With love in Christ,

Shrove Tuesday is Coming!

Get ready for fun and fellowship as we enjoy Fat Tuesday and bury Hallelujah in preparation for Lent. If you don't know what any of this means, come and find out!!! Shrove Tuesday will be next week on February 9th at 6pm.
Ash Wednesday
A Beautiful Start to a Life Changing Lent

Begin your Lenten journey with your Emmanuel brothers and sisters next Wednesday. This is a time to remember that without God we are but dust and that with God all things are possible. Our Lenten journey parallels the 40 days and 40 nights that Jesus spent in the wilderness resisting the temptations of the Adversary and deepening his reliance on God. Join us for the imposition of ashes and communion at either 7am, 10am, or 7pm.
