Reverend Bill Garrison has joined us after serving as Associate at St. Margaret’s in San Juan Capistrano, ten years as Rector at St. Matthias in Whittier, and Priest in Charge at All Souls’ in San Diego.

Our Associate Priest In Charge

The Reverend Hart T. Roussel, MA, EMBA, CSPG was ordained a Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church in January 1988, was received in The Episcopal Church in 1996, and received as a Deacon in The Episcopal Church in June 2024. He was ordained a Priest in January 2025. Hart conducted his diaconate service and served as an assisting priest at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Fullerton, and Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Fullerton.
